I’ve been working with JT for about 6-8 months now and have seen great results. I’ve lost over 20lbs and reduced my body fat from 30.1 to 21.3. When I started with JT I liked the fact that he is a nutritionist and former college track athlete, along with being a certified trainer. He has worked with me to monitor and update my diet and pushed me to increase my endurance. Throughout our sessions he always has my long term fitness goals in mind and offers pivots to our strategy when the weight loss becomes stagnant. He’s always coming up with new workouts to keep it challenging – most recently taking up boxing. He’ll push you to the limit but it’s good motivation and the reason I continue to be a client.
